The Growth Programme is looking to support tourism, food and drink production as well as other business development ventures in rural areas.

Local School Nature Grants

Application deadline: Various dates up to December 2017

Grants of up £500 available to local schools in England, Wales and Scotland for nature equipment.

New Community Asset Fund from Sport England

Application deadline: Any time throughout 2017

From 30th January 2017 all sizes of sports clubs, leisure clubs and community groups can apply for grants between £1000 to £150,000 to invest in an idea for an improvement they may have for their facility or activity.

Tesco Bags of Help fund - for community green space development

The Tesco Bags of Help fund is open to local community groups, charities and local authorities among others.

The Sports And Play Construction Association (SAPCA) Application deadline: Ongoing

SAPCA helps to find the funds that a sports and play facilities project could apply for

The SAPCA website is a great source for finding potential funders. It has a comprehensive list of funding bodies for England, Scotland and Wales to search with information on who is eligible to apply for funding and for what kind of project.

Awards for All Scotland -Big Lottery Fund Application deadline: Ongoing

A quick and easy way to get small Lottery grants of between £500 and £10,000.

Awards for All Scotland is an easy way for smaller organisations to get small amounts of funding.

It is focussed on organisations who have not received a grant from the programme in the last three years.

Awards For All Scotland gives groups a chance to apply for a grant of between £500 and £10,000 for projects that aim to help improve local communities and the lives of people most in need.
