The contracts team are qualified with the RPII for children’s playgrounds inspections and SMSTS. In Focus: Project Management.
In May 2018 we successfully tendered for 5 sites in a single contract in a large housing development in Southern England. The customer required install spread across an extended period of time creating potential issues for allocation of man-power as well as manufacture and carriage logistics.
Our contracts team successfully managed this complicated project which has created a mutually beneficial relationship. To date 4 of 5 sites have been completed, and Russell Play have been approached once again to assist in the installation of a further 6 sites in the same development. This time we have been approached to assist earlier in the process; assisting in design, planning and using our experience in the industry to help prevent potential issues before they become problems.
