Sherwood Forest, Center Parcs

A spectacular three tower interlinked timber play structure, designed by Russell Play, has dramatically transformed an outdoor play area at the Center Parcs holiday resort in Sherwood Forest. The natural coloured multi-activity tree house complex looks completely at home rising among the tall fir trees in the resort’s forest setting. Children find playhouse structures very appealing because of all the physical challenges they offer, as well as the imaginative adventure play. Russell Play used their Spielart bespoke timber range in their concept design because of its suitability for the job. The natural material and style have great appeal with clients and kids alike and is perfect for such a setting. It is a popular choice because the great durable and robust qualities of the robinia timber ensure it will last for many years. It is ideal for structures that are open to the elements and have many children playing on them at any one time on a daily basis throughout the whole year.
