The Rugby Passing Post is for practicing the varieties of passing seen in Rugby Union & Rugby League. The lower hole allows for scrum half passes, the middle for lateral passing and the top one for hooker passing. All of these holes will practice the passing accuracy used in rugby, but could also be used for other ball sports too.
