01 Can you help me design a playground?
If you have an existing specification or design, you can send it to us for our advice and a free quotation. If you wish to discuss a new bespoke design, we are able to meet on location or our team can consult with you remotely.
02 Can you install the playground too?
We provide the full package; from design and quotation, to installation and project management. We can install playground equipment, manage the installation of safety surfacing, and organise the post installation inspection for you. If you’d rather install yourself, we can provide advice throughout the process.
03 Where can I find the design files and data sheets for your playground equipment?
All of the products on our website have the files you’ll need. If you can’t see what you’re looking for, contact us and we’ll do our best to respond quickly.
04 Are all your products online?
We have a huge back catalogue of products. We update our selected web products regularly to provide inspiration, but will always have a solution for your requirements. For more products and playground ideas, it’s best to get in touch so we can understand what you are looking for.
05 What are your payment terms?
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the back of your quotation. Speak to our accounts team for the best advice on playground payments.
06 Where can I find your product prices?
For the most up-to-date prices it’s best to contact us for a full quotation. Send us a list of your chosen equipment to info@russell-play.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
07 Can you create bespoke designs?
We’ve been working exclusively with our partners for decades and have the capabilities to create bespoke playground designs with completely unique equipment. Our team loves a challenge and to create new landscapes. Speak to us about your ideas and we’ll help
08 Can I choose my own colours?
Of course. We have selected colour charts for each of our suppliers and equipment ranges for you to choose from. If you can’t find your ideal colour, speak to us about your options; we’re flexible with RAL charts and timber stains and will find a solution.
09 What are your delivery lead times?
This is ever-changing. Our products are made to order and often hand-crafted. Our lead times can range from 3 weeks’ up to around 20, so to avoid disappointment it’s best to let us know your deadlines at the beginning of the project and we’ll speak to our suppliers.
